Andre was born in Pirlangimpi; Andre moves between the 3 communities of the Tiwi Islands, Pirlangimpi, Milikapeti and Wurrumiyang. He works at Munupi Art when he stays in Pirlangimpi.Andre is an artist who express himself and see the world around him changing rapidly, while at the same time wants to keep the Tiwi culture strong in the modern world.Andre like to paints designs about the Kulama ceremonies, as well as his own creative designs inspired from the Tiwi culture
